Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to enquiries@eventmanagementdirect.co.uk and will be subject to a PayPal administration charge which will be approximately 3.5% of the total amount paid. The amount that will be refunded is as stated below.

  • 100% of the ticket cost up until the 31st of May.

  • 50% of the ticket cost up until the 6th of June.

  • No refund will be offered if you cancel on the 6thof June to the event dates.

 

We also appreciate the difficulties for delegates regards both planning and travel during a pandemic. Similarly, as meeting organisers it is also problematic.

 

Bookings will only be refundable if government guidelines change and prevent the meeting being held in person. If you test positive for Covid prior to the conference and cannot travel, we will provide a refund of your ticket price (official confirmation of a positive test required).
